We want to make sure you love our products, and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we will replace or refund it. For any quality issues, please provide clear photos of the product on a flat, well-lit surface and include your order number in your email to liteboxrecords@gmail.com. This quick and simple step will help us provide a speedy resolution.
Because products are made to order, we do not accept general returns, exchanges, or sizing-related returns.

Cancellations
Product Orders Cancellation Policy
All of our products are made to order specifically for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes into production.
Once your order has gone into production, cancellation may no longer be possible. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to report any quality issues.
Damaged / Quality Issues
For the fastest resolution, please include clear photos showing the issue on the item along with your order number. Photos taken on a flat, well-lit surface showing the defect clearly are preferred.
Please email all support requests to liteboxrecords@gmail.com with either your order number in the subject line or use “LITEBOX ORDER SUPPORT” as the subject.
Emails that do not include an order number or the correct subject line may not be processed in order to reduce spam.
Refund Policy
Product Orders Refund Policy
Because products are made to order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in cases of confirmed quality issues. Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these conditions and include proper photo evidence of the issue.
PayPal refunds typically appear in your account within 24 business hours.
Credit/debit card refunds typically take 7–10 business days depending on your bank.
International Orders
We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be placed and delivered within supported regions shown at checkout.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept credit/debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on location, Klarna, AfterPay, and other local payment methods.
Merchant of Record
Orders are processed by our Merchant of Record and fulfillment partner, Fourthwall.com, who handle payment processing and order-related infrastructure.
